Question Culture is a worker-owned and consensus-based artist management, media production, and creative direction cooperative.
We are seeking an Operations Manager who is:

Operations Manager has:

Technical Skill Requirement:
-Google Gmail
-Google Calendar
-Google Docs / Microsoft Word
-Google Drive / Dropbox
-Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel
-Google Slides / Microsoft PowerPoint
-Preferred : someone who can drive / has a car
-Willing and able to work hybrid with their own laptop and phone
-Creating / editing PDFs
Duties and Responsibilities include:
-Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, handle incoming emails, prioritize correspondence and preparing communications on the artist's and executive's behalf
-Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records + notes and manage file systems (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc)
-Maintaining physical and digital systems to support collective function
-Being the client-and-collaborator-facing communicator of the collective
-Working with Question Culture's bookkeeper to perform minor accounting duties including invoicing and reimbursement, as well as handling communication between collective and contractors
-Organizing meetings, including scheduling, preparing reports, sending reminders, and ordering catering when necessary
-Maintaining the studio facility and its systems
-Managing the artist's and executive's calendar, including making appointments, preparing meeting and gig briefs, making travel arrangements and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
-Communicate directly with artists and executives to meet deadlines on projects, take initiative, identify solutions, be steps ahead of what needs to be done, and take action to ensure success of projects and collective goals
Salary/Benefits
$65,000.00 - 65,000.00 per year
